Radhika Joshi

Head of Finance

I began my accounting career in the UK with a small charity, and over the years, I have built experience across a range of sectors and roles whilst I was training to be a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Having worked within the education sector and engaged directly with learners, I developed a deeper understanding of the transformative power of education. This experience highlighted for me that not only formal education but also further and higher education play a critical role in shaping individuals, improving quality of life, and contributing to nation-building.
Joining CSJ has provided me with greater clarity, both in shaping my professional career and aligning with my personal passion for working in the charitable sector. CSJ not only works to address and tackle the root causes of poverty, but also recognises the broader role that education, particularly higher education, can play in improving life outcomes.
I feel privileged to be part of the CSJ team—a group of highly talented, passionate, and energetic individuals who collaborate to make a meaningful impact.

Something you might not know about me

Outside of my professional work, I am actively involved with local charities, particularly in promoting arts and culture. I also enjoy podcasting and emceeing events. As a blogger, I take pleasure in writing poems and short articles, which allow me to express my creativity.
