The Centre for Social Justice is looking for an analytical individual with excellent research skills to drive an exciting new technical project examining the criteria for pupil premium allocation. Over the course of the project the successful candidate will create a technocratic tool that would be able to measure disadvantaged in more nuanced and holistic way, and an accompanying report setting out the need for the change and the detail of how this tool could work. Alongside, the successful candidate would set out and then pursue an extensive engagement strategy to hear from those working in the most disadvantaged communities, the education sector and those in Government and Parliament.
