Phoebe Anderson

Development Manager

After graduating from the University of Oxford, I taught English in secondary schools in Oxfordshire and then in Thailand. These experiences deepened my understanding of the barriers facing young people and families, both in the UK and internationally. Alongside my work in education, I’ve worked with charities supporting children in care.

I was drawn to the CSJ by its focus on tackling the root causes of poverty and, in particular, its work with small, frontline charities who are driving change. I’m excited to be part of the development team and to help grow our network of wonderful supporters and partners.
