Joe joined the policy team in 2016. As of March 2018, Joe is the leading the research for the CSJ’s Housing Commission, a year-long policy series which seeks to bring marginalised voices into the heart of the housing policy debate. His previous research has focused on widening access to the labour market for individuals with learning disabilities, as well as improving childcare support for disadvantaged families.
Prior to joining the CSJ, Joe graduated from the University of Oxford with Distinction, having completed a Master’s on parliamentary politics in the late eighteenth century. He completed his undergraduate degree at UCL.
