Imogen joined the team in July 2017 and leads our research on transforming deprived communities. Since graduating from Newcastle University with a first class degree in Philosophy, Imogen spent three years working as a Parliamentary Assistant to a Member of Parliament where she played an instrumental role in a number of successful campaigns achieving legislative change, including to reduce homelessness. During this time, Imogen was awarded a distinction for her Masters in Political Philosophy and continues to contribute to Philosophy networks and events. She also sits on the board of the Conservative Christian Fellowship. Imogen’s passion for social justice stems from her experience growing up with several of her cousins in the kinship care of her parents where she had the privilege of seeing them flourish given a second chance.
