She is the coordinator for IntegratED, a nine-partner project trialling new approaches to reducing inappropriate exclusions and improving the quality of alternative education, which feeds into the Centre for Social Justice’s policy and advocacy work.
Prior to joining the CSJ, she was Commissioning Editor and Head of Digital for two respected trade newspapers specialised in schools and vocational education.
Cath spent her early career living and working abroad, first as a translator and editor in Spain, then at a research centre in Costa Rica designing study-abroad courses, teaching students and leading on service learning projects with the local community.
She has a degree in philosophy and modern languages from Oxford University.
