Dr Rake talked on the importance of having a child grow up in a positive environment with a healthy family life.

Andrea Leadsom shared from her experience working with families and their 0-3 year olds to demonstrate how early intervention principles are cost effective.

Mr Allen, Labour MP for Nottingham North, who co authored a report with Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith MP, CSJ Chairman, on the need for cross party support for early intervention.
